Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol HQGZ-350SY automatic cutting machine was controlled by PLC and touch screen, offering very high reliability and powerful control capabilities.
HQGZ-350SY can not only cut circular workpieces with a diameter of up to 100mm but also rectangular samples with a height of up to 100mm and a width of up to 300mm.
The entire machine adopts fully enclosed structure, and the cutting chamber safety guard is equipped with an extra-large observation window, allowing users to observe the entire cutting process of the sample.
HQGZ-350SY comes with LED lighting system to provide effective illumination of the entire cutting chamber and a circulating cooling system to ensure that the cut sample surfaces are bright, smooth, and free from burns.
HQGZ-350SY is suitable for cutting samples of various metals and non-metallic materials to observe the microstructure of metals and rocks. Featuring automated cutting, low noise, easy operation, and safety and reliability, it is one of the essential pieces of equipment for laboratory sample preparation.
