High-Precision and Multi-Function Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge PM5 Gen2
Brief Introduction:
PM5 Gen2 thickness gauge is an advanced ultrasonic thickness gauge with a variety of standard measurement functions and special feature options.
This portable thickness gauge uses different frequencies and different types of single crystal probes to meet most measurement requirements.
With wide measurement range, it can accurately measure thickness range from 0.15mm thin steel plates to tens of meters long steel rods, and even tens of microns of ultra thin paint layers.
The full-featured PM5 Gen2 can be used for almost all thickness measurement applications.

Measurement Mode | P-E(Pulse-Echo Method):Measure the time interval between initial pulse and the first back-wall echo.
I-E(Interface Wave-Echo Method):Measure the time interval between the delay block echo and the first back-wall echo.
I-E-E(Echo-Echo Method):Measure the time interval between two consecutive back- wall echoes.
I-ME(Multiple Echo Method):Measure the time interval between multiple backwall echoes.
E-EV(Double Echo Verification):In E-EV mode,three echoes are required.
COAT Mode(Optional):This is coating specific measurement mode.
OXIDE Mode(Optional):Specially designed to measure the thickness of the oxide layer on the inner wall of boiler tube.
